There is a minimum order of 10 garments with the same design. Embroidery Loft will take the greatest care of all garments, but on the very rare occasion accidents do happen, Embroidery Loft will NOT be responsible for ANY mistakes or damage to garments supplied by the customer. Package listings receive free Digitizing of your logo and the price includes Embroidery. Very large designs may incur a surcharge but we will advise before proceeding. Digitizing is the process of converting your logo into a format that can be used for embroidery.

Can we have more than one logo or a logo larger than 9000 stitches? Multiple and larger logos are a common request. Can we see our design before you go ahead with the embroidery?

If you want any minor amendments such as thread colour etc we can agree that. We do not start embroidering your garments until we have your written approval of the design. We dispatch by next day courier price as listed. Your consignment will be dispatched with Parcelforce and is trackable.

What format do we need to send our logo to you in? Jpeg, Bitmap or PDF preferably but send what you can our digitizer has been known to work miracles! Can you embroider onto garment which I provide? We do not embroider onto garments we havent supplied. We already have our logo on disk, can you use it?

If it is in a. Dst embroidery format we can use it. Can I see garment samples? Yes of course, we have tried to give you as much information as possible but we understand that there are occasions when you need to see the actual garment.

This is the cost made by our suppliers when we return items. How accurate are the sizes quoted? All brands and manufacturers vary sizes, unfortunately, there is not one universal sizing specification. However, each garment listed on our website has a size specification and we will advise you as best we can.

It is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct size. Can you print a name or text on the back of the garments? Yes we can, this will be in heat pressed vinyl.

Price will depend on quantity and how much text is required. Can you add individual names? We are local can we come and see you? You will be visiting our workshop all of our work is done in house we do not send your garments elsewhere but that does mean that we arent always tidy!
